Ronald Balmer, LEED AP: BIM Manager
Michael Ramirez: Electrical Engineer
Joseph Montano: Senior Electrical Designer
Colton Alexander: Electrical Engineer Intern
The presentation will focus on Lighting Design concepts related to: Project Focus, Budget, Design Considerations, Luminaire Selection, Lighting Layout, Above Ceiling Coordination, Design Workflow, Revit “issues” and ElumTools. The discussion will also include real world examples for the various room types presented by experienced professionals
Ronald L. Balmer, LEED AP – BIM Manager/Revit Certified Professional
26 Years of experience (4 with B&P)
Ron’s role at B&P is to develop internal & external BIM/Revit strategies, workflows, techniques, processes and training that establish company standards, best practices and efficiencies at a corporate level related to M/E/P and the AEC industry.
Joseph M. Montano, LC - Senior Electrical Designer
31 Years of experience (15 with B&P)
Joseph’s serves as Senior Electrical Designer for Bridgers & Paxton’s Commercial Design Group. He is experienced in the design of educational, laboratory, institutional, industrial, and commercial facilities.
Michael T. Ramirez, EIT, LEED AP bd+c, Electrical Engineer
19 Years of experience (11 with B&P)
Mike is an Electrical Engineer in Bridgers & Paxton’s Government Design Group. His responsibilities include electrical design, SKM and power tool studies and calculations.
Colton Alexander, Electrical Engineer Intern
2.5 Years of experience (with B&P)
Colton is an Electrical Engineer in Bridgers & Paxton’s Medical Design Group. He is experienced in the design of hospitals, clinics, schools, office renovations, and veterinary hospitals.
